Daphné MULDERS

My name is Daphne Mulders.

I was born and raised in The Hague (NL) but I have been living in France with my French partner and our children for almost 20 years.

15 years ago we came to the Charente Maritime and I've been working in real estate for over 6 years now, growing a great passion for what the french call 'la veille pierre'; beautiful and centuries old stone properties, houses or other structures (vinyards, mills, barns etc) that survived the tests of time.

Having gone through the whole process of looking for- and buying a property in a country other than my own and navigating the rules, rights and regulations, I know it can be very difficult without proper knowledge or an experienced professionnal who can guide you through this whole process.

So what more besides experience and knowledge of the local market can Daphne offer us you ask ? I'm very big on transparancy (both ways!) so no question is left unanswered. I am easily reachable by phone or email, and I like to get to know my clients to really get an idea of what they are passionate about and use this knowledge to help find them their dream home. Also, through the years I've worked with reliable local artisans (roofers, masons, plumbers, electricians, painters etc), all very important contacts to have when you are new to the area and you need work done by experienced professionnals. I'm fluent in 4 languages, which helps to advise and reassure clients with little knowledge of the french language.

Our agency has a large range of different types of properties; be it a 1 bed lock 'n leave apartment with a balcony in a residency to enjoy the holidays, different kinds of businesses (campsites, restaurants, hotels) ,modern and luxurious villas near the beaches or centuries old stone (often rural) properties surrounded by nature, we have it.
